Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Because many of our items ship through our fulfillment partner, processing and shipping times may vary slightly by product.

Orders placed during sales or holidays may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Times For Partner Fulfillment 

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–12 business days.

Expedited Shipping - When available, expedited shipping options will appear at checkout.

Multiple Packages - If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery.

Tracking Your Order - Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Where We Ship - United States — all 50 states. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Costs - Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Shipping Delays - Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, holiday volume, weather, or supplier inventory issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages - If a package is marked delivered but missing, please check with neighbors and the carrier. If still not found, contact support at theviridiangallery@gmail.com within 7 days.
